Carefield Support Services provide specialist support for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Autism, Behaviours that Behaviour that challenge.
24 hour staff availability
The support provided is person-centred and specifically tailored to meet every unique need, underpinned by our philosophy that every individual has the right to live the life they choose for themselves. We believe in the potential of everyone we support and enable them to work towards their goals, live more independently and take control of their lives.

What We Do
Supporting Living
We provide a range of 24 hour supported living accommodation to people either a learning disability or autism. Our supported living services enable people to live as independently as possible as part of the local community.
- Creating a support environment within the community aimed at people seeking greater independence

Outreach Support
Care and support can come in all shapes and sizes from little to large packages.
Home care can be delivered in many ways, from a minimum of half hour visits through to several hours at times that suit you during the day, to overnight and live in care around the clock. With all home care services our goal here at Carefield Support Services is to ensure our home care residents are able to live an independent life where they feel most comfortable.
